<image:caption>Identified as two of the most common mental health conditions, anxiety and depression are experiences that often leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and out-of-touch with the present moment. Strengths-based approaches to counseling depression and anxiety can help clients reconnect with their life, explore personal values, enrich well-being, and adopt healthier approaches to manage the symptoms of these conditions.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Career decision making and other life transitions can involve change and uncertainty. In this process, we are asked to make hard and personalized decisions about the direction we want our life to go. Therapy can help clients feel safe and confident when exploring adjustments and improvements during transitional times, while also landing on decisions that are consistent with their values and goals for the life well-lived.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Grief and loss are universal experiences, yet they often feel deeply isolating. Grief work is hard work and it’s "heart" work. Therapy can help individuals, couples, and families hold space for their grief while also making meaning of their loss.</image:caption>

<image:title>About - Greetings – My name is Dr. Bea Keller-Dupree.</image:title>
<image:caption>I’m an Oklahoma transplant who has called Tulsa “home” since 2010. I earned my Ph.D. in Counselor Education & Supervision from the University of Arkansas and now work as a therapist, consultant, and Professor of Psychology & Counseling at Northeastern State University. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC-Supervisor, certified pK-12 school counselor, and Nationally Certified Counselor, I’ve provided therapy services for a variety of mental health issues with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. In 2016, I was recognized as a DaVinci Fellow for creativity in teaching and research for my publications and presentations on wellness and well-being practices. In 2017, I was named to Oklahoma Magazine’s 40 under 40 class of business professionals, and in both 2021 and 2024, I was named a finalist for TulsaKids Magazine Family Favorite Therapist (Mental Health/Health & Wellness categories). I continue to feel thankful for the opportunity to serve individuals and communities in research, education, consulting, and therapy practices. Outside of work, I delight in the simple things — quality time with friends and family (especially my husband and son!), traveling, outdoor activities, Kansas City sports, sharing desserts, reading, and exploring all things “local.”</image:caption>
