Some people seek therapy for improved life skills while others are beginning a journey of self-exploration and well-being. Enrichment Counseling & Consultation offers a wide-range of therapy services for children, teenagers, couples/families, and individual adults to help enrich their daily living. Our mission is to integrate wellness, well-being, and positive psychology principles into practice to promote a strengths-based model for client improvement. We believe that when clients feel supported in their journey toward improved living, they also feel empowered to make meaningful and lasting changes toward their own personal betterment.
